Exercise: I owe myself abs, but did Back/Bis and Zumba. Nice stretch after Zumba. Kipper needs to go to the park!!!

One day left till no treats!! Got my Precision Nutrition in the mail today! Can't wait to finish looking through that!! So much fun!!
Breakfast: Cherrios, banana, skim milk
Snack: Recovery Drink while working out
Lunch: Red Velvet Cafe - chicken and provolone panini and side salad, 2 1/2 vegan cookies
Snack: Shakeology w/ OJ
Dinner: Greek Salad, no olives
Snack: Birthday cake!! yumm
Wake up: 8:10, should have gotten up earlier
Beachbody: Talk about exposure!! Started fitness challenge at work, sold 2 P90Xs and getting a fitness challenge ready for Believe!!
Ducks: Put my notice in today :) 54 days left.
