Accountability, Day 38 ~ Closing out 2009

Exercise: Great Legs and Back workout. Did it at he gym and was pushed by knowing that I was workingo ut harder than some of the men in there. I know it pushed me and it felt great. Megan gave us an extra 20 minutes of class today as well and it was a bunch of fun. Got my fat pinched - here's to good numbers. Practiced my handstands- getting better :)

Nutrition:
Breakfast: Cherrios (higher ratio of plain to Honey Nut - getting there!
Snack: 1/2 recovery drink
Lunch: turkey meatloaf, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots and green tea
Snack: Chocolate Shakeology
Snacks: Chicken, veggies, guacamole, chips, (no treats) at Deven's party
Dinner: Peppers, onions, spinach and swiss cheese omelete w/ one Omega 3 egg and 4 egg whites. Note to self, make sure when making an omelete in a bag that the bag doesn't have a hole in it! I was still hungry after eating dinner and was feeling that I wanted something sweet... I decided to grab some vanilla yogurt, a few frozen strawberries and blueberries, blended it all up and it was amazing!! Completely satisfied that craving where I might normally have grabbed a cookie, sweetened rice cakes, granola bar, etc.
Snacks: BJ had a party and had peppers, cucumbers, hummus, shrimp, cashews, almonds and cheese

Wake up: 8:25

Beachbody: not much today... tomorrow I will bring it again!

Ducks: nope

Looking back 10 years ago as we were about to start a new decade... it's amazing that 10 years ago I was planning on leaving St. Louis and the Olive Garden to work my way around the country... sound familiar? Kind of what I am doing now, except on a larger scale... wowza!!
