9:30-10:30: Chest/Shoulders/Tris
10:30: Oatmeal apple cobbler bar, 1/4 recovery drink
11:00: Tilapia, quinoa, green peas
12:30: broccoli, carrots, hummus
1:15-2:15 Handstand class
2:45: Shakeology w/ soy milk, hard boiled egg
4:30: Banana dipped in honey greek yogurt
5:15: London Broil w/ tons of veggies, barley and green tea and mixed nut bar - HUNGRY!!
8:45: Portabello Mushroom top, chicken breast, spinach, tomato, 3/4 apple cobbler bar, watermelon, cantaloupe, 1 strawberry and 1/4 cup pineapple
I've been HUNGRY... wondering if I need more carbs, or just bigger portions.
Wake up: Woke up at 7:30 and not sure if I turned off the alarm, but then slept until 9 :(
