Acountability Day 54 ~ Handstand class ROCKED!!!

9:20: Wake up... I don't know what has happened... can't seem to get out of bed lately. It messes with my mind because I sleep late and then let it affect the rest of my day... sigggh... guessing my body needs it so I let it have it but would like to be getting up at 8:30 again...
9:30: 1pancake (whole wheat, protein powder, blueberries), w/ a banana sliced on top sugar free syrup
(Made 4 servings of steel cut oats for the next 4 days - preparred!!!)
11:30: Yogurt (greek, low fat, vanilla)
12-1: Acrofit class
1:00 1/2 post work out bar (chocolate/oat/cranberry- homemade -the chocolate is from protein powder)
1:00-2:00 Handstand class - Class ROCKED today! Did a handstand on a chair using the back of the chair and the seat and held my basic handstand longer - can't wait to be even better at it!! Upside down pictures here I come!!
2:45: 1/2 post workout bar and lunch: HUGE plate of mixed greens, spinach, peppers, peas, zucchini, cucumber, carrots, and light champagne dressing (probably higher in fat - that will be my cheat) also had boiled chicken on top. Can't wait to use my new thermometer! Then came home to a clean kitchen! Bev rocks! I had been slacking knowing that I will be moving soon... but it slooks GREAT!!
4:00 Shakeology w/ Skim milk
7:30: Apple w/ cashew butter and some sugar snap peas
9:00 Chicken, butternut squash, apple casserole
12:30 chocolate protein shake w/ skim, 1/2 non fat greek yogurt


Beachbody: Everyday making contacts, emails etc... I love it SO much.

Ducks: Got some more paperwork in the mail yesterday, waiting to hear from Zach about what I should do about it for the house. Bev will probalby stay here when I leave with her family, looking forward to us both helping each other out. She really is a great lady! So glad to have met her!
