Ok... well, clearly ince I didn't write it all out we'll see how much I can remember...
I was out of town for Tony Horton's fitness camp in Phoenix and had limited Internet access but I did head out there prepared... It was a great weekend
Day 60 Friday - rest day - no workouts!
Woke up early to drive to Phoenix
Oatmeal Apple Cobbler
Snacks in the car: Hummus, crackers, sweet peppers, carrots, celery
Lunch: I packed a salad w/ light champagne vinagarette, 1/2 can of tuna and boiled egg (white only)
Snack: Shakeology, soy milk/water
Dinner: Out with my hosts, proichuto chicken, salad, fresh moz, tomatoes, olive bread (a bit of a cheat-ish meal)
Snack: Veggies and fruit at camp
Day 61 Saturday
Breakfast: Oatmeal apple pie, green tea
Workout: Yoga at fitness camp :)
2nd Breakfast: Egg white omelet w/ tons of veggies, small serving of oatmeal and skim milk, fruit
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, salad, fruit
Snack: Shakeology, protein bar
Workout: Cardio and core
Dinner: Chicken curry, asparagus, white rice
Snack: green tea (probably some veggies or something else)
Day 62
Breakfast: Oatmeal apple pie, green tea
Workout: Full body UMCL
2nd Breakfast: Egg white omelet w/ tons of veggies, small serving of oatmeal and skim milk, fruit
Snack: hummus, veggies, crackers (hungry!!), banana
Lunch: Ahi Tuna salad w/ side of baked beans
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: True Food: kale salad, tukey bolognse w/ rice flour pasta
Snack: orange, hummus, celery, almond butter
Day 63 (this is probably a bit off... can't remember everything)
Breakfast: Oatmeal Apple Pie
Workout: Zumba, Back and Bis (banana)
Lunch: London Broil
Snack: Shakeology
Dinner: Plantains, rice, black beans
Snack: protien bar, cottage cheese w/ protein powder
Day 64
Snack: Banana
Workout: Plyometrics
Breakfast: Oatmeal Apple Pie, green tea
Lunch: Kale salad, Island Pork Tenderloin, Orange
Snack: protein bar, Shakeology w/ almond milk
Second Lunch: Wheat, bulgur and orzo, Kale Salad, Island Pork Tenderloin
Dinner: Greek Salad
Ducks: not a whole lot as I was out of town
Beachbody: Great few days - nice to meet others, and came home to follow up with those I met the week before.
