Yesterday I met with Ragen and Billy to talk about ideas for the photo shoot on Feb 3rd... metallic girl, out in the desert, stick trees - sooo cool... complete motivation to stay off the sweets until then - only a couple weeks away!
Went out LAAAATE last night, chatted with a high school friend in town.. it was great to talk to her, didn't go to sleep until close to 2:30 or 2:45 so needless to say waking up at 8:30 didn't happen. I wasn't about to miss Zumba!
Wake up: 9:20
9:20: Blueberry Protein, Whole Wheat, Pancakes (made the night before popped in toaster to warm up)
10:00 Zumba
11:00 Cranberry/Chocolate/Oat Protein Bar and banana
1:00 "Lasagna" - chicken, zucchini, veggies, low fat cheese
4:00: Shakeology, 1/4 protein bar
6:15: Chicken, butternut squash, apples, havarti cheese, onions,
9:00: Apple Cobbler Bar
10:00 Legs/Back/Abs w/ Recovery drink
11:00: Jacuzzi, Steam room and stretch... soooo good
Beachbody: couple follow ups
Ducks: Not today... was super busy running around, sleeping too much an prepping meals... but boy is that paying off!
