6:00 Chicken, apple, butternut squash casserole
6:30: Shakeology w/ vanilla soy
Beachbody... feeling a bit down but still making contacts... keeping fingers crossed!!! Omar!! Dean!! Bring IT!! Also met with some other coaches today... siggghh
