So after a REALLY rough day yesterday I know I can't go with out those carbs in my life... From now until next Friday I am going to continue to eat clean but not be as strict on the "Post workout" or "Anytime" meals. My body is very carb tolerant (the GOOD carbs) and I will listen to it and feed it what it says it needs!
9:00: Oatmeal Apple Pie (Yumm) I really really like this breakfast!
10:00: Yoga X
11:30: Apple Cobbler Bar and Beef Stroganoff w/ mushrooms, carrots and onions. Yumm again
2:00: Apple and Green Tea w/ Splenda
3:30: Carrot, raisin, pineapple, yogurt salad and 1/2 chicken breast
4:30: Zumba w/ recovery drink
7:00: London Broil
8:00: Cranberry/Oat/Chocolate Protein Bar (SO Good!)
can't remember what else i had this day... I am sure i had to have had something as I didn't
Wake up: 9am
Beachbody: Follow up emails
Ducks: not much to do today, Bev got a JOB!! Yeah, not moving out!
