Ugg... today just carried over from yesterday... not fun.. very little motivation to get up and workout and still just feeling down... not fun
9:00: Oameat Apple Pie w/ skim milk - slightly bigger portion than last time and Green Tea
10:20-11: Zumba - not feeling it today, and had a hard time getting to class
11:30: PW Apple Cobbler bar and sips of recovery drink
12:30: pecan crusted salmon, steamed spinach and quinoa salad
1:15: Nut Bar w/ Green Tea
4:00 Shakeology
6:30: Leftover sirloin and onions
10:00 Apple w/ almond butter
Wake up: Alarm off at 8, awake, but stayed in bed and watched biggest loser
Beachbody: sent some emails
Ducks: Took a nap! Went to get my car looked at to get that repaired.
