Accountability, Day 41 ~ Gearing up for some Precision Nutrition!

Starting today I will incorporate my Exercise AND Nutrition to get timing of meals, exercise, etc.

Exercise/Nutrition Log
8:30: Cherrios (mix of honey nut and plain) banana, skim milk
9:15-10:40: Yoga - good workout, felt good
11:00: Starving!! Spinach, 1/3 tomato, shredded cheddar, 1T low fat sour cream, 1/4 pound ground turkey w/ taco seasoning, 1/2 whole wheat bagel w/ almond butter, cup of Green Tea w/ Stevia
1:00pm: Pear
4:00pm: Shakeology w/ 1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk and water (Should be about 20g of protein, and lots of greens)
6:00pm Turkey meatloaf w/ side of veggies
10:00pm Grapefruit


Wake up: Woke up about 7:40 but decided to sleep longer - got out of bed before my alarm :) up about 8:20

Beachbody: Emails

Ducks: nope, rehearsal today
