Exercise: Took Kipper to the park first thing this morning while I read my precision nutrition book (Loving it!!!). Johnnie S. came over and we did Physique 57 - VERY good workout. Today is my "rest" day, but wanted to try something new today!
Nutrition:
Breakfast: Cherrios - today was a sample of mulitgrain mixed with plain and honey nut, skim, banana, green tea.
Lunch: Turkey taco meat, spinach, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheddar, low fat sour cream
Snack: Chocolate Shakeology, light vanilla soy milk
Snack: Recovery Drink
Dinner: 1 omega 3 and 4 egg white omelet w/spinach, peppers, onions, 1/2 whole wheat bagel w/ omega 3 spread, couple strawberries and pineapple
Snack: strawberries and pineapple! I'm hungry!!
Snack: 1/2 whole wheat bagel with one Omega 3 egg, mustard and relish
Wake up: 8:25
Beachbody: Follow up calls and emails for Shakeology.
Ducks: Was supposed to work on my taxes but that didn't happen... days are too short.
