Kind of an off day today...
Woke up at 8:30 wish sore shoulders!! Used that as my excuse to flip flop my rest day to today and going to make up for it this week. Also, stayed up too late last night on the computer so slept in a bit - didn't actually get out of bed until 9am...
9:00 Since I wasn't working out I went with a 3 egg white and one Omega3 egg scramble with mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes and dried basil.. good enough, oh and green tea
10:30: carrot sticks, broccoli and an apple cobbler post workout bar (that ended up being my only carb source today- not nearly enough!)
12:00: "Lasagna": zucchini, tomatoes, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, riccotta, moz (both low fat)
1:00: Vanilla rooibos tea a pear and cup or so of mixed fruit (I was HUNGRY)
2:00 Chocolate Shakeology w/ soy milk needed that!
3:00 Nibbles on blackberries, cashews, 2 dried apricots and some orange slices and hard boiled egg, not the entire yolk
5:00 Greek Salad: romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, grilled chicken, dressing, feta (Grand Luxe)
8:30: Lasagna": zucchini, tomatoes, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, riccotta, moz (both low fat) and cup of soy milk
12:30 Chocolate protein shake w/ skim and the last of the honey greek yogurt... SO good...
Beachbody: Nice meeting with Katrina and sent out lots of emails!
Ducks: nope...
