9:00 Wake up - still having a hard time getting out of bed at 8:30... boo
9:10: Steelcut oats- about a cup, with blueberries, cinnamon and a 3 egg white omelet w/ veggies (enough so I had a hard time closing it!!) Had to get my veggies in
10-11 ZUMBA!!!
11:30: Banana, Chocolate/Oat/Cranberry post workout bar
12:00: Lunch: 1/2 sandwhich - turkey on wheat, tom, lettuce, turkey - no mayo or mustard, house salad w/ vinagarette, and cup and a1/2 or so of mushroom/barley soup - it was WAY too salty and WAY too oily... guess I wont be getting that again. How frustrating!
1:30 Apple
3:45 Shakeology w/ 1/2 soy milk 1/2 water
5:45: Ahi Tuna Burger, wheat bread, sugar snap peas
8:45: bell peppers and couscous
I am on my recovery week this week and needed it SO bad - looking forward to only focussing on one hour a day and heading to Phoenix for camp on Friday (rest day) followed by 2 workouts Sat and one Sun plus seminars! Can't wait!!
