12:15: Hour long bike ride while I ran errands
1:30: Salmon w/ steamed rice and quinoa
4:00: Vanilla Greek Yogurt and Shakeology w/ light vanilla soy milk
7:00: Handful of chashews, nut bar
8:30: Portebello Mushroom, chicken breast, spinach, 1/2 tomato
10:00 Popcorn
Wake up: 8:15
Beachbody: follow up emails
Ducks: Not much.
