Woops, got pretty busy yesterday and didn't fill this in...
Let's see how much I can remember:
Sunday:
8:30: Oatmeal Apple Pie Green Tea
10:30-1:30: Yoga and Zumba w/ Recovery drink
12:00 Apple, Banana, Greek Yogurt
2:00 Lodon Broil Stew (veggies, beef, barley)
3:30: Shakeology
5:30: Beef Stroganoff w/ mushrooms, carrots, yogurt/beef broth sauce, Green Tea
10:00: Protein Shake w/ milk
Monday:
8am: Wake up
8:15: Oatmeal Apple Pie w/ skim milk
9:00-11:15 Chest/Back/Abs and Zumba w/ recovery drink
11:30 Apple Cobbler Bar
1:00 Sweet Tomatoes- today was my cheat day - TONS of salad, 1T of Ranch dressing, 1 1/2 oat bran muffins, 1 blueberry and small piece of butter milk whole wheat biscuit, iced tea, small bowl of soup (taste of cream of mushroom and 1/2 cup of meatball and rice soup. Cheats were the dressing, extra muffins, and creamy soup - but still no sweets)
6:00: "Lasagna"- zucchini noodles, marinara w/ extra veggies and ground chicken, low fat cheeses
10:30: tried a "pre-bed time" snack: cottage cheese, protein powder, natural peanut butter and flax seed - not a hit...
Beachbody: emails
Ducks: Had a nice chat with Bev today... more to come on if any changes come from that :)
