Accountability Day 44 - Blah day

9:50: Wake up
10:45 - 1 Omega3 egg w/ 3 egg whites, onions and peppers, green tea and nut bar
12:00 Nibbles on pulled pork (roommate made) and 1/4 nut bar
2:30: Peppered sirloin w/ onions, and roasted peppers and tomatoes = 1 1/2 peppers (red/yellow/orange) and one tomato, 1/2 onion, 1/2 lb sirloin - it was ok... i think i cooked it a little long
4:00: Shakeology
4:30: Zumba and 1/2 recovery drink
5:30: Apple Cobler Bar
7:30: Chicken, broccoli, carrots and wheat berries
8:00: Climbing
9:30: Berries (strawberries and blueberries)


Wake up: Didn't feel well last night and decided not to set the alarm today, thought I would have gotten up earlier but glad I listened to my body.

Beachbody: Couple emails

Ducks: These got to me today... feeling overwhelmed with the things on my to do list - get car serviced and bumper fixed, do taxes, find a home for Kipper, sell items, figure out where I am going... it is just a lot... and I am feeling a bit pulled in multiple directions right now... Chris wants me in NZ, mom wants me in Colorado and yet I have no idea where I am going to be or when... grrr... just frustrated.
