Accountability 42 - If you fail to plan you plan to fail

Exercise/Nutrition:

8:15: Cherrios, skim, banana
9:00-11:15 Back/Bis/Abs and Zumba, sipping recovery drink and water
12:15 Lunch at Red Velvet Cafe, Chicken, provolne, spinach panini, w/ side salad water
2:30: Shakeology w/Vanilla Soy Milk while cooking and prepping meals for the rest of the week
5:30: Chicken w/ chick peas, onions, tomatoes and 1/2 a cucumber and 1/2 tomato salad with olive oil
HUNGRY!!
6:45: 1/2 protein bar
9:45: Celery w/ almond butter and raisin and celery w/ hummus, small handful of almonds and walnuts
Made  some protein bars and tasted some of the dough - yummy!

Wake up: 8:15- should have gotten up just a bit earlier

Beachbody: emails and gave Marsha some Shakeology samples

Ducks: not today... I need more hours!!!
