Exercise: My motivation today is kind of crap... Maybe from the workout yesterday, or not enough carbs the past three days... yikes... I feel week and tired. Time for some good carbs! I made it through most of Chest/Shoulders/Tris, but it wasn't my best... I guess I'll just forget the rest.. ;)
Nutrition
Breakfast: I wasn't hungry when I woke up which isn't too normal, cherrios, skim, banana
Snack: Recovery Drink
Lunch: 1 packet of oatmeal w/ raisins
Snack: sips of shakeology, apple
2nd Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich - dry, wheat bread - turkey, tomato, lettuce. 1 1/2 cups of winter vegetable soup and salad with light champagne dressing, organic vanilla yogurt
Dinner: 6 oz of chicken, carrots, broccoli and southwestern chicken salad. Fruit and decaf green tea w/ stevia as after dinner treat.
Wake up: 8am
