Wake up: 9:20 - not sure what happened... not as fussed about it, but still want to get back on track- I guess I needed some sleep.
9:30: Two whole wheat, protein blueberry pancakes
Dog Park w/ Kipper
12:00: Coconut chicken (dry), couscous w/ peppers and mushrooms and 1/2 head of broccoli w/ lemon juice. Good by dry... looking into brining
3:00 Shakeology
6:00 Pineapple slices, "lasagna" - veggies, marinara, low fat cheeses and ground chicken.
9:30 handful of sugar snap peas and an apple on the way to the gym.
11:30: Banana after the gym
Beachbody: Very excited to connect with some new people
Ducks: nope
