Accountability 43 - Yummy food!!

Exercise and Nutrition:

Sticking to the plan as I laid it out the other day!
8:20:Snack before workout: Hard Boiled Egg, banana
8:30-9:30 Plyometrics and recover drink - only about 1/2
9:45: Oatmeal Apple Pie (Oatmeal, protein, apples, applesauce, eggs and skim milk), cup of Green Tea
10:45: Post work out protein bar - Apple Cobler bar
12:30: Cup of Green Tea and Mixed Nut Bar
2:00 Chicken w/ Chick Peas, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and tomato salad
4:30-5:30: 1 oz swiss cheese, red pepper, 1/2 green pepper and 1/ 2 cucumber w/ hummus and Chocolate Shakeology w/ 1/2 vanilla soy milk and water (snacking at my desk)
8:30: 6 oz Salmon (miso glazed - Grand Lux), cup of peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas. And a 1/2 cup cesar salad w/ parmesean crisps - my "cheat" as the dressing was already on and definitely not low fat!
11pm: 3/4 apple. Did not feel well at all after dinner, something might have been wrong with the fish :(



Wake up: 8am

Beachbody: loving it!!

Ducks: Got a lot of of tax stuff done, getting organized!
